Are you ready? The Open is less than two weeks away! Best of luck to all of those participating! And a Big "THANKS" to all of those giving their time to make it happen.
In attendance : Eddie Delonas, Chris Delonas, Jeff & Charma Cooke, Brant & Trina Davis, Jeff & Jeffrey Gibson, Eric Miller, Stace Gearheart, Corey Mitchell, Lance & Laura Linsenmann and Tracy Mitchell.
Conservation: All the trees that were planted have sunk at Ririe.
Treasurer: AWOL (no, he wasn't fishing, much to his dismay)
Federation: FLW team tournament is the weekend before our open. There was a motion, second & unanimous vote to ask for volunteers, order by last years final standings if more than two people want to fish. $25.00 entry fee per person. One boater and one non boater. Tournament is April 21st at Milner. Draw tournament.
BBB Open at Lake Lowell - Good Luck Lance and Jeff G, April 15th.
Tournaments: In order to have a tournament on Walcott, we must have a special use permit from the Refuge. The permit is $100.00 per tournament. A motion, second and unanimous vote was made to keep the tournament at Walcott and pay the fee. Next year we will decide if we still want to have another tournament there.
Secretary's Notes: I apologize for any discrepanicies. I was not at the meeting and even though Charma was kind enough to take notes for me, I don't have the insight of just being there. If you have questions or concerns, please talk to our President. Thanks.
P.S. The club Secretary is leaving for Las Vegas with the club treasurer and both will miss the Open. Have Fun guys! We will! (Un...fortunately, the club President stopped by yesterday and picked up the club checkbook when he found out we were leaving)
